On Tuesday, April 8, 2026, a delegation of eight faculty and staff members from Hallym University in South Korea, one of our overseas contact points universities, visited NCU led by Chairman Hee-Sung Yoon.

NCU chairperson Kenjiro Kohri, the President Hirotaka Ohara, as well as senior members from the Graduate school of Medical Sciences, the Graduate school of Nursing and the administrative office welcomed them and held a meetnig, after which they turned the Emergency and Disaster Medical Center of NCU Hospital, which is scheduled to open coming June.

The delegation then conducted a site visit of the the facilities and the medicinal plant garden at the Tanabedori Campus. It is expected that exchanges between us will continue to develop further going forward.
